I'm Back....
Well, here we are again. I think it's a weird yearly thing, but every year-at some point in time-I decide it's time for me to start blogging again. I realize that I need to talk about what's going on in my life and how things are changing. I also feel like it gives me an accountability to stick with something....or to try something maybe? Anyway, I'm going to be better....my new year resolution in October! Deja vu! I think i stated the SAME thing in a previous post!
Either way...here's the update:
We are now a family of 6! In the past nine months we have had another little girl and adopted a baby BOY puppy! This has been a big change (and I'm talking about both of them). Our little angel #3 has been a blessing, but also a reality check about our big family. I always said I wanted a bunch of little ones.....and now, there are days I want to get my tubes tied and just not tell anybody! LOL! At the same time, I read an article that stated three children is the absolute hardest. With two you can tag team, but with three you have to "play zone". The other downfall is there's always an odd man out. So, you can't even pair them up and play man to man coverage with a group or pair. So, here we are with three little ones (all under the age of 5) and we adopted a puppy! Stupid I know....I don't need any input from the virtual peanut gallery! it's going okay, but I'm ready to round out the family and get the fourth little booger out of the way. I know that sounds so "non motherly", but I am probably one of the most blunt people out there. I just say it how it is.
Okay, now there are a thousand things I want to talk about to remind me in the years to come. Brainstorming future posts....
-the girls' names (where did they come from and where are they going)
-the dog...enough said
-30 day challenge (or 10 or 15...depending on how committed I feel that day)
-Back to cooking...my game plan and making myself do it
So, thanks for welcoming me back...or allowing me back at this point. I hope I can keep it up again.
